True fitness is finding the perfect balance between function and aesthetic; increasing strength and agility while achieving a refined physique.

Adam Waxman has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
He is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Council on Exercise. He is also certified as a TRX Suspension Training advisor.

Adam is a licensed New York State massage therapist. He is a graduate of The School of Allied Health Sciences, Swedish Institute and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Hunter College.

Philosophy


Adam Waxman, designed his method to specifically address his clients' concerns: They wanted to be able to tone their problem areas without overbuilding others. With a focus on several key aspect -- fat loss, weight management, endurance, strength and flexibility. This training yields results by preventing the body from falling into a familiar, predictable routine.

PNF (PROPRIOCEPTIVE NEUROMUSCULAR FACILITATION)
